[India], May 7 (ANI): The commencement of Operation Sindoor by the Indian Army early Wednesday morning has provided a feeling of justice to the families of those who were affected by the Pahalgam attack.
Launched as a reaction to the Pahalgam terrorist incident on April 22, Operation Sindoor aimed to address the violence that resulted in the deaths of 26 individuals, with many of them being visitors from Maharashtra.
For the families affected by the Pahalgam incident, including Asvari Jagdale, whose father Santosh Jagdale was among those killed in the terrorist assault there, this operation targeting Pakistan’s militant network has been a source of happiness. Asvari Jagdale shared her thoughts regarding the action taken by Indian armed forces.
In an interview with ANI, Jagdale stated, “We were overwhelmed with joy. Modi has exacted vengeance, and the manner in which the operation was titled made us weep uncontrollably. For those sisters who had their vermilion—a symbol of marriage—erased by these terrorists, India retaliated forcefully across nine sites. This sense of triumph is unparalleled, and our tears of elation continue to flow.”
Sanjay Dwivedi, whose son Shubham Dwivedi was also killed in the Pahalgam attack, stated that the action taken by the Indian Army has reinforced people’s trust in the nation’s government.
“I have been constantly following the news. I pay my respects to the Indian Army and express gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for heeding the concerns of the nation’s citizens. The manner in which the Indian armed forces have dismantled the growing terrorism in Pakistan deserves appreciation from all of us… Since hearing about this development, everyone in my family feels much lighter…” stated the father.
Manoj Dwivedi, who is related to Shubham Dwivedi, stated that justice was ultimately delivered to the victims.
On April 22nd, when we lost our child, we declared that a revolution would sweep through our nation. We firmly believed that Prime Minister Modi would take decisive action against terrorism. I am grateful to Prime Minister Modi for the genuine honor that the army paid to our son today… stated the family member.
Meanwhile,
locals

“It was very important for the government to give a response to the attack made by Pakistan… we are really thankful to the government and the Indian Army,” said a local speaking to ANI.
On Wednesday, India conducted its most significant incursion into Pakistan’s territory within undisputed boundaries since the 1971 Indo-Pak conflict.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi continuously tracked the developments through the night, according to sources. Additionally, sources stated that all nine objectives were hit successfully.
Indian forces selected the targets with the intent of eliminating top Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) leaders involved in rencana and executing terrorist attacks in India.
In an official statement, the Ministry of Defence stated, In the early hours of Wednesday, the Indian Army launched Operation Sindoor, hitting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied
