The video has been watched 3.5 million times, with Bradley Nippard working out five days per week without skipping a single session for an entire year.
Prior to the start of the trial, he was subjected to examinations of his cardiovascular health, muscular density, and body fat ratio conducted by a group of researchers at McMaster University.

At the end of the experiment results showed that he had lost over six per cent of body fat, gained five kilograms of lean muscle and significantly improved his heart health.
The outcomes of the experiment were ‘astonishing’.
Bradley mentioned that the change wasn’t merely physical; his crippling social anxiety vanished as well.
“Occasionally, I’d step into a store and then exit without buying anything, thinking ‘not today.’ But nowadays, I find myself lacking that choice,” he elaborated.
Images of Bradley, who confessed to never working out, taken at the beginning of the study clearly indicate that he was overweight.
In the movie, he features alongside his bodybuilder sibling for Jeff, who works as a personal trainer and created the regimen they adhered to.
For an entire year, the pair adhered to the same rigorous regimen to observe how it would alter their bodies uniquely.
They work out at the gym five days a week, beginning with exercises for their legs and upper body on the first day, then having a separate session focused solely on their legs, followed by a recovery day. They complete their routine by wrapping up the weekly cycle with additional upper-body workouts and further leg sessions.
Jeff mentioned that they went all out during the last set of each workout, selecting exercises particularly aimed at promoting muscular growth.
They monitored the amount of weight they lifted to gauge their improvement over time and took in 3,000 calories daily to aid in muscle gain.
During the last six weeks before their ultimate weigh-in, they decreased their daily calorie consumption to 2,200 calories as part of a ‘cut.’ This phase involves lowering caloric intake to reduce fat while aiming to preserve muscle mass in bodybuilding routines.
By the conclusion of the trial, Brad, who initially had no experience with gyms, saw his body fat percentage decrease from 36% to below 30%, which is regarded as an average rate.
The researchers at the university estimated that he enhanced his cardiac health by the equivalent of four years, indicating that his heart now appears four years younger following his weight loss journey.
His sibling Jeff, believing he might have hit his body’s maximum potential for muscular development, underwent a striking change as well.
He successfully reduced his body fat percentage from above 15% to 14.5%, simultaneously gaining an additional 1.2 kg of muscle mass.
“This might seem insignificant to many of you, but it equates to using about four or five large packs of tissues throughout the year,” explained Jeff.
‘Standing at almost five feet five inches tall, adding such significant amounts of tissue throughout my body will noticeably alter my appearance.’
I clearly notice the most significant changes in my chest and back areas, but I also observe improvements in my shoulder and hamstring muscles as well.
I managed to hold onto most of the progress from my bulking phase even during the cut. I maintained over half of the muscle mass I gained, which I consider quite good. Additionally, I am now leaner than before. My body fat percentage began this trial at 15.8%, and it has dropped to 14.5%.
Jeff commented on the study’s findings, saying: “Theoretically, a natural performance ceiling might exist, but it can be pushed higher through optimized training and nutrition.”
