He further claimed the EFCC confiscated his phone and logged him out of his iCloud account, giving them access to his videos and evidence.

VeryDarkMan similarly cautioned the EFCC about publishing his image along with a description implying money laundering, emphasizing the importance of including all relevant details.

He stated, “My phone is presently with the EFCC, however, I purchased a new device following my release. Upon attempting to sign in to my iCloud account, I discovered that I couldn’t access it anymore.”

EFCC, I would like to initiate a friendly relationship with you all; however, what might jeopardize this friendship is if you publish the photograph taken of me and caption it as related to money laundering.

If you share that image alleging it involves money laundering, you must also provide the complete background information associated with it.

If I find my image on your website accompanied by a caption implying money laundering, you’ll need to back it up. This would mark the start of our dispute—we shall resolve this matter in court. It could potentially set a precedent as the first such case to be heard publicly.

If you genuinely seek friendship, detach any connection between that imagery and money laundering, for it is a falsehood about me. Other than that, I have no issues with whatever else you display; not at all. Actually, I would like to use your banner as my profile picture.
