The Korean delegation comprising KOICA, Korea EXIM Bank, KOFIH, and KOPIA provided an update on their initiatives aimed at supporting Ethiopia’s progress.
KOICA’s programs emphasize manufacturing, healthcare, climate resilience, and social inclusion, amounting to $183.2 million USD.
The Korea EXIM Bank announced a total of $871 million allocated to 11 initiatives spanning sectors such as transportation, energy, healthcare, and technology, emphasizing infrastructure development.
KOFIH detailed initiatives for enhancing healthcare systems, whereas KOPIA discussed strategies to boost soil fertility and increase crop resilience.
Ethiopian authorities talked about the continuing road and electricity initiatives, reinforcing their dedication to ensuring these projects thrive.
Each party highlighted extensive initiatives, engagement with the business community, and the necessity of consistent communication to achieve enduring and meaningful outcomes.
