Park Seo-jin, Crowned King of Dynamic Performers, Hosts Unity Contest With Self-Funded 100% Expense Challenge

Park Seo-jin, crowned as the King of Singers at Singer Park Season 2, announced he would fund an event entirely from his earnings titled “All-Time Flex.” This initiative aims to host the inaugural unity competition for active participants in the ‘Korea-Japan Top Ten Show.’

The MBN show “Korea-Japan Top Ten Show,” scheduled to air at 9:50 PM on Tuesday, marks the 60th anniversary of Korea-Japan diplomatic ties with an extraordinary episode featuring the top seven players from Japan’s national team alongside participants from “Korea Top Ten Show.” This clash of talents promises thrilling competitions and spectacular performances, drawing audiences for six weeks running. It continues to dominate as the highest-rated program across all broadcasts aired on both terrestrial and cable networks on Tuesdays.

During the 48th episode of the ‘Korea-Japan Top Ten Show,’ airing at 9:50 PM on Tuesday, June 6th, an energetic competition called the ‘Unite Contest’ will take place in Mungyeong, located in Gyeongsangbuk-do province. This event will be spearheaded by Park Seo-jin, who leads from the front row known as the “second throne” in singing. Joining her are fellow participants like Jinhae-seong, Shin Seung-tae, Choi Su-ho, along with show regulars including Jeon Yu-jin, Mai-jin, Kim Da-hyun, and Byul-rang. These individuals plan to sample iconic local dishes characteristic of Mungyeong before distributing exciting prizes during the Mungyeong Sae-jae Busking session specifically for residents of Mungyeong.

Especially noteworthy is that Park Seo-jin uses his personal funds for the initial unity competition involving the participants from the “Korea-Japan Top Ten Show,” preparing for what he calls the “full-course journey of Seo Jin-pyo.” During the show’s 45th episode, Park Seo-jin covered “the complete meal cost” when competing against Jeon Yu-jin, who was the reigning champion of the singing segment. He forfeited winning so as not to burden their group financially and ended up footing the bill himself. Leading the way, Park Seo-jin takes everyone to experience the vibrant spring atmosphere in Mungyeong.

Park Seo-jin, Jin Hae-sung, Shin Seung-tae, and Choi Su-ho will encounter distinctive dishes inspired by the flavors of Mungyeong, presenting an exceptionally special broadcast where they feast voraciously. They tackle various delicacies including yakdol pork, grilled deodeok, jokbal stew, and even yakdol Korean beef. Notably, Jin Hae-sung’s ‘Power Eating Spectacle’ leaves viewers astonished with how quickly each bite vanishes; however, he surprises them further when his expression reveals some unforeseen remorseful comments about struggling to consume more food lately due to what seems like a diminishing appetite.

Jeon Yoo-jin mentioned, “The plan was for a company dinner in Hannam-dong, but since Seo-jin had commitments, I traveled to Mungyeong instead.” She then enjoyed plenty of tender Korean beef alongside Maizin, Kim Da-hyun, and Byul Love.
